. Fullerville Mission has grown from 1 Outreach Ministry to 20. Fullerville Mission serves Carroll County, Douglas County and Paulding County. The Mission also has an Outreach center in Franklin , Ga. Heard County Outreach Center was created in 2004. Fullerville Mission serves these communities with a staff of about 75 volunteers. There are no paid staff members, 100% of financial support that we get goes back out to the people we serve.
